Now you can download this model in obj. Also please write if you want this model in low-poly, without subdivision to better understand how it was done.

Sure riko, now the not subdivided model of this armchair is available as a LOW version in a obj format.

Cabbage, this free armchair 3d model was made by poly modeling and subdivided by NURMS Subdivision in 3ds Max. As you may see, this 3d model already comes in format called LOW, which is the low-polygon model version. This means it doesn't have the applied subdivision. You can study it in detail and surely achieve the same result
