Hello! I have a problem - not blurred reflection from Environnement. Changing Reflection Glosiness reflected all objects become blurred, and the environment map reflection does not change at all. In an environment map using the photo in jpeg format:

Hello! With specific regard to your question, I do see the first screenshot that background is blurred, on a clear background on the second. Furthermore diffuse reflection is light reflected from the object and falling on the reflective surface from different angles. The farther away an object is, the smaller angle rays from it is a reflecting surface. Picture stretched over infinity environment sector, which is for Environment, of course, is a more distant object than the light green sphere in front of him, and that's reflected in the blurred less. In fact Glossiness is imposing reflection of the interference of the reflected rays of the not perfectly smooth (rough) surface. To explain this process, it is necessary to illustrate the picture, then at once it becomes clear, but I do not have the patience to do it😁 So, just take note that what you show on screen, it's okay😉
