Quick tip
Renderstuff is an online library and for the using Renderstuff models its not necessarily to save the archives of the library on your hard disk. Its much easier and better to download and immediately open a file by specifying "Open" function instead of "Save". That way after downloading, the archive will be opened by your default archiver and you can paste RenderStuff model in your scene. Simply drag and drop max file from a archiver to 3ds Max viewport and select "Merge file" option.
Also do not forget to similarly drop all of the texture files to the root directory of your scene :-)

Thanks for your cool site, it looks to be very useful for those lucky enough to be able to afford 3D Studio Max. Unfortunately I don't fall into either group so I can't open your MAX files. Ñould you perhaps have OBJ or 3DS files available for your awsome objects so that people could import them into Poser or Vue or Bryce or Blender or any of the hundreds of *other* rendering packages available these days?
Thanks, and have a lovely day!

Thank you for your interest in our work!
We understand it and actually we have OBJ models, you can find them by tag obj.
We simply have no time to convert all models in various formats. But, if you liked some models especially, we can convert it for you.
