Good evening! At me here what problem: Plane outside a self-luminous material is rendered in black V-Ray. I do view from the window, ie I apply to the plane of luminous material, and imposes on him the sky texture. When looking things in perspective, the sky outside the window there, and when over, all gray camera, ie, the material is not shown, and when rendering all outside black. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND! In the future, all is clear!

Hello, the topic changed to right ๐Ÿ™‚ Most likely, your plane is one-sided and simply turned upside down polygons (Polygon backface) to your windows. In the viewport, except when activated function Polygon Backface Culling, you see applied to the object material is the same on both sides of the landfill, in particular luminous material VRayLightMtl. When you start to render, then render, reverse side of your plane polygons are displayed in black and in this, you do not see them applied luminous VRayLightMtl. All you have to do is turn your plane to the other side of the window, or go to settings and set VRayLightMtl tick Emit light on back side. And, of course, read the topic about how to V-Ray installed right background is a picture of a window ๐Ÿ‘

Hello, a question about the blackness, the problem is this: when rendering to final settings Vire along the edges of the building spread out black checkered (not cheker), at that changing any of the settings (Vir), these black squares change their location (with the texture remains) . On a test render such is not present. where they are and how to clean? I apologize if I did not write back. ๐Ÿ™„

Hello! To be honest, it is very strange, at least that is the black areas appear randomly, rather than statically present in certain parts of the model. In any case, I advise you to strictly follow the recommended contact, see the lessons for the 3d rendering , V-Ray optimum settings, as well as forced to prescribe absolute paths to all of the textures in the scene , after throwing off them in a single folder. This will help to eliminate the influence of factors, most often create such artifacts๐Ÿ˜‰

Can you please tell how to do that would be outside the window was bright. Mounted in front of the window Plain, impose on it the texture of the image, and when the render, we see that in the light room, and the window dull picture. It would be desirable that the window was bright and consistent brightness in the room.

As described above, use luminous material VRayLightMtl . Invest in it the desired texture, and its glow Regulate Multiplier parameter (the default number 1, next to the color sample white).

Hello, I want to ask if there are any tips, how to properly place the photo on the Plain of the window, so that it looks realistic. about bends Plano know, but all goes bad, because the window on the wall and pictures of the same city looks artificial, there is no sense of depth of the window, just the picture, no matter how twisted to tile and other image?

It is necessary to insert a picture in the same environment map (key 8). In order to avoid the following question: kopiruesh received background materials, through the instance, vary the parameter settings bitmap bitmapping to Screen. I think the scale, too, need to change, unless it is a house gnome๐Ÿ˜

Prompt please, whether it is possible to do something realistic background for the window when rendering? I took the Arc, put it vraylight mtl texture, multiplayer is 10. Needless interior lighting is normal. But the background as though some do not natural. As if there is no sun. If you increase the multiplayer vrayligt mtl, it will be overexposure.

A background on the sun and almost none. Look how many clouds ... It turns out that you have a background behind the window does not match the lighting in the scene, so it seems that something is not the same. there is bright sunlight and they are not on the background of the room. There are many options: 1. Look for other appropriate background or FOTA area to another weather. 2. Adjust the background in Photoshop - Make a clearer, brighter. ๐Ÿ™„ 3. turn off the sun - thus you only illuminate the room air without sunlight and fit a lighting background ready outside. Everything is in your hands to decide what's best for you and tries to options.
