Elena, you may accidentally shut off the checkbox in the Maps rollout, V-Ray: Global Switches tab window V-Ray Render scene (F10). If it is not checked, then plug it and the texture will be visible on render. If it does not help, try to pour the model in the new scene and see if textures are rendered there. If yes, then the problem in your current scene, and not in the model, or paths.

Hey. If you have your own 3d models library on the hard disk and some of them you are using regularly, it makes sense to open each and it clearly defined local paths to textures.
