There was a set up VRay or questions for your lessons, put a bunch of VraySky VRaySun, put the render, to adjust the color of the sky and the intensity of the sun, and it turned out that the Sky map is rendered simple white color at any position of power, and can not razobratsya the problem.

Hello! He rendered white in connection with the chosen thee exposure. That is, you shine through VraySky. Just setting the renderer to a bunch VraySky + VRaySun, as, indeed, and the color of the VraySky - have no relationship. The easiest way to eliminate overexposure, will leave the scene as it is. This duplicate VraySky and insert it into the slot Reflection / refraction environment override, scroll V-Ray :: Environment. Then, adjust the brightness of the duplicate VraySky, tweak parameter Intensity multiplier😉

Hello dear men !! Joining the army of fans, I tell you "thank you" because you somehow miraculously manages to convey a complicated thing, and then there comes the clarity! Very carefully I read your articles and follow your recommendations, but faced with the problem, a description of which I have not found. Previously, I have done exterior visualization using a standard camera, and a decrease in the values of intensity multipl settings Vray Sun. In the Color mapping jackdaw stood opposite Affect background and Do not affect colors. The results are still quite acceptable. But you were very convincing in everything that I read, therefore I decided to use your recommended settings in the Color mappinge And also followed the advice not to touch the sun setting, and manage change multipilter values. And that's what happened sobsno saying. In the pre-rendering (left side of image), everything looks promising, but the last pass (right) all does not look quite as I expected🙂🙂 Please help to find a school. I rechecked everything is 10 times, resets to the default, and re-tuned for your lessons, nichego nipamagat. Thank you in advance for your help!

I deal with the problem, but what was the essence of it, did not understand. I reconfigure all zanovo- got the correct result. Compare the two presets - all jackdaws and values are exactly the same, but the results of using different presets. Such are the cases. So either it's a bug that internal, or can even be assumed that somewhere in the window VFB ran, mozht with curves (though like there and did not climb). For settings thank you very much again! Everything works and works great!

I have the same problem. At first I was Vray plane was Vraylight light, and then I decided to "improve" picture. He replaced light on VraySun and then his picture I did not see more - only white. Removed the VraySun, I removed the plane and was theoretically should get a black background, but was again all in white. Tick the V-Ray :: Environment in the Reflection / refraction environment override and Refraction environment override and was able to get the latest images. But in any case I can not get rid of the white background, it seems to me illogical. After all, if there is no light, everything should be black. How do I restore the original appearance? Julia, hello. Judging from this sequence of actions that you described above, I suggest that the bleaching stage is due VRaySky card. As you can see, after the addition of the VRaySun scene, it flies out the window, which proposes to insert in the scene environment VRaySky card. If it was, in your case, the sun has been removed, and the card remains in the environment and continues to illuminate the scene. To check and disable the card to turn in the Rendering menu / Environment, or press the 8 key.

The result is a completely white? If so, then perhaps it is not configured, and that the image is rendered is not out of the chamber, and, for example, from a viewport, which is located outside the room where the vray sun without hindrance "burns out" everything🙂 I have this happened even when I switched on the camera view, and press the F9, apparently a glitch. Medicine: instead of pressing the F9 through F10 to start render menu.
