The first thing you should check is whether the checkbox is turned off Do not render final image section Indirect illumination, the drop-down V- Ray :: Global switches. Next you need to make sure if you use global illumination in your scene. If so what sort of render engines use? If Irradiance map and Light cache then you have at least two opportunities to watch a preview of the stage, rendering global illumination. This function activation in the Show calc phase Irradiance map and of course the Show calc phase to Light cache settings. The second method is more preferable๐Ÿ˜‰
