The End-User License Agreement (EULA) for RefShelf ("SOFTWARE").

You Accept and Agree

By downloading, installing, setting up, using and/or copying this SOFTWARE, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

SOFTWARE is FREE

This SOFTWARE is FREE and require NO CHARGE from you. You CAN use this SOFTWARE for Private and Commercial purposes. You CANNOT modify, sell or distribute this SOFTWARE without direct permission of its AUTHOR.

The SOFTWARE is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the SOFTWARE or the use or other dealings in the SOFTWARE.

You expressly understand and agree that AUTHOR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if AUTHOR has been advised of the possibility of such damages) related to the SOFTWARE.
